Lady and the Leash is open from 9a-6p Mon - Friday and 10a-5p on weekends. All appointments must be made in advance. Unfortunately NO same-day grooming appointments can be accommodated.
Our facility operates curbside. The check in and check out process is done at the door and only your furry loved one is allowed inside. This helps keep the noise level down and less distractions for our groomers whom are hard at work. A tour of the facility can be made prior to your appointment date or a virtual tour can be taken online.
Once your pet is under our care, please wait until our grooming assistants/receptionists contact you directly to come and pick up your furry loved one. Grooming sessions normally take anywhere between 3 - 6 hours depending on our clients temperament and fur condition. Please advise us in advance if your animal is special needs, reactive, aggressive or needs additional accommodations in advance to help us schedule and plan our day accordingly. Upon completion of your pets grooming session, you are required to pick up within 30 minutes of being contacted. Extended stays can be accommodated for an additional half day, daycare stay.

In order to qualify for admission, all animals must be up to date on the following:

1. Rabies/Distemper vaccine in occurrence to MA state law
2. Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccine done EVERY 6 months *N/A to feline clients)
3. Monthly flea/tick prevention - proof is required
4. Completed application/authorization forms - can be submitted electronically or in person.

Is based on pets weight, temperament and fur condition and prices are subject to change upon groomer discretion.

We understand you may not always be happy with the end result of your grooming. Sometimes as groomers we run into pets whom may be fractious, too wiggly or excessively matted which prevents us from delivering your desired look of choice. However, our staff work hard to safely bathe, prep, and groom your pet(s). A lot of time, effort, love and patience goes into the work we do. Thus, we must appropriately compensate our staff. We are not responsible for any damage/loss of property, injuries or death of animals in our care.

Please be advised that our groomers are granted the option to refuse or deny service due to safety, unsafe pet medical condition/infectious disease, client harassment, etc.

We understand things happen and you might not be able to make your appointment. We expect a courtesy call or text at least 24 hours in advance. If no notice is given, you will need to provide a 50% deposit before being able to schedule your next appointment. This helps secure appointment slots for all those who need it.
